Mark Dewey - Partner
Mark is the head of our Commercial Property department. He qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and became a Partner in the firm in 1988. He is also our Partner in charge of Personnel.
Mark can provide the full range of commercial and business conveyancing services, ranging from drafting of leases and tenancies to dealing with the purchases of offices, shops and businesses.
Outside of work, Mark has a keen interest in all sports, especially football and badminton.

John Lowings - Consultant
John became a Solicitor in 1968 and joined the firm in 1970. He became a Partner in January 1972 and remained so until he retired from the Partnership and became a Consultant in May 1999. He deals with a variety of non-contentious work including residential development acquisitions and estate conveyancing.
He lives in Smarden and is involved in Village activities. He enjoys walking in the countryside.

Andrew Doinik - Solicitor
Andrew studied Law at the University of Plymouth and completed his post graduate Diploma of Law and the Legal Practice course at the University of West England in Bristol. Andrew joined the firm as a trainee in September 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in our Commercial department in September 2006.
Andrew typically deals with the purchase and sale of both freehold and leasehold commercial property and also the sale, purchase and re-mortgaging of residential property. He also specialises in Landlord and Tenant work for businesses, as well as the purchase of businesses and their assets.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys many various sporting activities including running, football, motor racing and rugby. He is also a keen reader.
